Terms of Service

This service is provided by BBNS s.r.o. (trading as Buben Media), registered in the Czech Republic, with its registered office at Na Labišti 525, 530 09 Pardubice. By accessing or using the service you agree to these Terms.

Buben Media provides marketing agencies with a set of web tools, including: consolidated advertising performance reporting for Google Ads and Meta Ads; product-feed optimization for shopping channels (including Google Merchant Center); e-shop user-experience analysis; and related workspace features. Advertising reporting is read-only — the service reads performance data to produce reports and does not create, edit, pause or otherwise manage ads, campaigns or budgets. Access to advertising and merchant data is always granted by the account owner.

Access is limited to authorized business users. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. You must only connect ad accounts you own or have been authorized to access, and you must have the necessary rights and consents to do so.

You agree not to misuse the service — including attempting to gain unauthorized access, disrupting the service, or using it in violation of applicable law or of the terms and policies of the platforms it connects to (including the Google APIs Terms of Service and the Meta Platform Terms and Developer Policies). We may suspend or terminate access that breaches these Terms.

Our handling of the data we process, including data obtained through Meta, is described in our Privacy Policy. You can remove your data at any time as described on our Data Deletion page.

The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Reporting figures are derived from third-party APIs (including Meta) and may be delayed, incomplete or subject to change. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

To the extent permitted by law, Buben Media is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for business decisions made on the basis of the reports. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

We may update the service or these Terms from time to time; the current version and its date are shown above. You may stop using the service at any time, and we may suspend or end access where these Terms are breached.
